I just did a short test on my iPhone, I opened messages, I double tap the to
field then used onboard keyboard and put in my name, trish.
then swipe over to subject which i ignored, then to the message body.
I double tap here and then I went to the bottom of the onscreen keyboard and
double tap “numbers” now from there I had all the numbers showing as well as
the punctuation symbols.
so I double tap on each number and then went back to the bottom of the onscreen
keyboard to where it says, “letters” double tap that to get the letters to
appear again.
so if she’s not doing any of that,then that’s her issues.
