Is she doing this for a password?
If so, the numbers do not show when entering passwords, only has click sounds.
Its for safety reasons the pw is not displayed.

She did saywhen it updated, it said voiceover is turned on. Then she had to
re-enter her apple ID, then it came up with helloin all the different
languages. She restarted it and then it showed the normal home screen. It's
only when she goes to use the number keyboard, tthey disappear. The letters are
normal, but as soon as she presses numbers, the numbers do not show.

Hi,
I would recommend her to power off the pad wait 30 seconds and turn it back
on.
Sometimes especially when new updates come out,ios devices sometimes need to
be turned off and then back on again to fix issues.

Normally it does yes, but when she goes to the number keyboard in the likes
of a message field, it just says an F button and an okay button. It never
used to do that. Would resetting the keyboard work?

I could be wrong but I thought the numbers just appeared above the letters
like a normal keyboard, not the normal IOS phone way because there’s more
space. I could be wrong so add grains of salt as needed but I think the
basic line of numbers appears above the letters.

is she doing this on the iPad or with a bluetooth keyboard?
If the bluetooth keyboard is turned on,it won’t show on iPad.
if no bluetooth keyboard is being used, she still needs to do what i said
earlier, she isn’t going to get numbers until she double taps on the
word”numbers"
its at the bottom past all the letters she would find delete, shift, and then
numbers she has to tap on it for numbers to appear on her pad

When the onboard keyboard is showing on her iPad,she needs to swipe down
towards the bottom right side where it says”numbers” then double tap
this, this will display the numbers for her.
This same action has to be done to go back to letters.

Hi. My friend is trying to type numbers in textfields on her ipad. But
when she goes and taps numbers, the keyboard disappears. She just has an F
button, and and a space. When she swipes down on the F button. Is there
any way this can be resolved?
