Normally it does yes, but when she goes to the number keyboard in the likes of
a message field, it just says an F button and an okay button. It never used to
do that. Would resetting the keyboard work?

its at the bottom past all the letters she would find delete,shift,and then
numbers she has to tap on it for numbers to appear on her pad
