Can you use VO J to move between the folders and the message list?

Hello,
Let me explain what I mean by clunky. I do have my messages set up with rules
to go to different folders. If I am in a list of messages here is what I have
to do to get to the list of folders so I can choose a different folder.
1. I have to hit VO plush Shift plus Up arrow twice
2. Next I have to hit VO plus left arrow a couple of times to get to the list
of folders.
3. Next I have to press VO plus Shift plus Down arrow to interact with this
table of folders.
4. Now I have to arrow around to find the folder I want and press VO plus space
to select it.
5. Now I have to hit VO plus Shift plus Up arrow to stop interacting with the
folder list.
6. Now I have to press VO plus right arrow twice to get to the Message area.
7. Now I need to hit VO plus Shift Plus Down arro to move into the message area.
8. I then need to hit VO plus Right arrow to get to the message list.
9. Finally I need to hit VO plus Shift Plus Down arrow to get into the message
list.
This is what I meant by clunky. There are a lot of steps just to check
the different folders I have.

clunky compared to the mail apps I am used to on my Windows machine. For
example is there a way to quickly select a bunch of messages similar to
using control end or home on Windows?? I do have the 13.3 air. I know the
commands are a bit different since it does not have a full keyboard.
