Okay, before I give any suggestions to this thread I don't think I quite
understand how you would like your messages to look. The mail app is very
customizable whenever it comes to messages. Let me know, how that you would
like you’re Messages to be placed. As others have pointed out, you can view
messages singly, or via thread. And then even death is also customizable. You
can put oldest ones on top order newest ones on top. In my case, I have my
newest messages on top. If you feel that you might need mor and would like
