I think it is possible it gets uploaded if it's not already in Apple's library. 
 I am not positive on this so hopefully someone who can speak better will chime 
in.

Century Link is DSL I believe so probably something like 256K to 1 megabit up 
and maybe 1.5 to 6 down.  Just a guess.
