Anyone remember BBC Speech! from Superior Software in 1985?

The bloke who wrote it posted a comment on the Youtube video. The
whole thing was 7.5k
Listening to it again kind of ties in with my earlier point that I'd
have thought we'd have come further than the difference between what
Speech! sounded like in 1985 and what espeak sounds like 28 years
later.
