Good point. That rules out a Chat. I've looked at lots of photos and
illustrations of Common Yellowthroats, and this bird has more white around the
eye that any of those, but everything else suggests Common Yellowthroat.Â

Chats have dark legs and feet and a much heavier bill. This bird has
pinkish legs and feet.

While I agree that this is a Common Yellowthroat, it is actually an immature
male rather than a female based on the black mask that is beginning to come
in on the face.
