Hi Joan Ann,

Are you using a computer that is a "64 bit" machine, if so make sure that
you are not using the 64 bit Internet Explorer" and only the normal version
of IE.
Also it could be that the "Low" folder in the temp folder was removed, here
is how to check this:
1. Got to "Run", Winkey + R.
2. type in the following:

C:\users\Your ID\appdata\local\temp\low
Note: change User ID for your account name.
3. Once you have typed in the above path, press the "Enter key once and if
there is no error and the screen opens up to the "Low folder" then its okay.
4. If an error comes up, indicating that there is no such folder as "Low"
then you'll have to create a new one.
5. Again type in the following path at the run dialogue:

C:\users\User ID\appdata\local\temp
Notes: Notice this time I didn't include the "Low folder" at the end, I only
went as far as temp which is fine.
6. Press enter key and if it opens up into the "Temp" folder then that's
fine.
7. Now use keys, "Control, Shift + N" to begin making the new folder and
when prompted for a name call it "Low" excluding the quotes.
8. Press the "Enter key" and when its created, exit out of this location and
restart the computer then try printing again.

Hi all
I have a computer running Windows 7 with Internet explorer 11. For some
reason, I cannot print from Internet Explorer. I can print from Firefox.
Does anyone know what I could do to fix this?
