So blank line, page number, blank line, new page, and chapter heading, is that right?

Hi Everyone,

I use the page numbers above chapter headings also. It's easy and works for
me.

There is no absolutely "correct way", but I use a page number with blank
lines around it because page numbers are usually already in the book. That
way, you don't need to add bogus text in the book for the stripper to
remove.

Hi Gals,

Where does the page number come in there? Should it be above chapter
title with a blank line before and after?
Thanks, that's always been hazy to me as to just what is the correct way.
Thanks.

Bud
