Hi Susan,

        No, putting a blank line on both sides of a chapter heading will not
protect it.  However, you needn't move the page number, just add the page
number at the tops of pages where chapter headings occur. Those pages will
have two page numbers on them, but this doesn't seem to bother the stripper.

When the chapter name such as "Chapter One" is the first thing at the top of
the page and the page number is at the bottom of a page, (and I do not wish
to move the page number), will putting one blank line on both sides of the
chapter name protect it? Thanks.
