Most likely he will kick it back to the step1 page.

Mickie:

When you are on form field, you can't cut but you can select text and then delete. For example when you are at the beginning of a line you can hit shift end and delete.

Mickey,

This sounds like it's probably a problem on your end rather than a problem
with Bookshare, but due to the recent Engineering release, I'll make sure
it's not on Bookshare's end.

In either case, as Mike said, the thing to do in this situation would have
been to release it back to the Step 1 page to allow someone else to try to
fix the problem rather than rejecting the book. Let me know what the title
and author are, and I'll make sure Gustavo knows to reject your rejection.

In case some of you weren't aware, a book isn't actually rejected until
Gustavo reviews the reason for rejecting the book. I've even come across a
book where it was obvious that someone had rejected a book but Gustavo had
placed it back on the Step 1 page after he reviewed their reason for
rejection. The actions in the summary information included an INVALID
action followed by a RETURNNEW action by Gustavo.

Mickey

Pass along the name of the book so that Gerald can contact Gustavo in the
morning and have the book placed on Step 1.
If Gustavo observes the reason for the rejection, he may himself re-enter
the book on Step 1, but forcing the submitter to resubmit the book, just
because of this,
really isn't good pr for BookShare.
Next time, I'd suggest simply releasing the book rather than attempting to
kill it.

            Mike
