Dear Vinay,
I'd like to say that in my experience holding a strong, aware and
benevolent space or container to explore sensitive issues is indispensable
for useful resolutions and reconciliation to emerge. Do we have such a
container here? If we do than resentment, blame, hurt and healing can flow.
What is the actual mechanism to hold such a space on this forum? Who are
the people that will facilitate the interaction? It would be great to
experiment. Further I feel this could open up a real possibility for
learning and advancement.

discuss exclusionary behaviour within our own community, by people who hold
certain positions, in roles of some power and influence.
I certainly felt impacted by it, and somewhat powerless in the face being
excluded without any possibility of discussion.
I am interested in others reflections on this issue. I guess that given
the high valance given to the topic, somewhere it will form a disowned
shadow.
