I know I'm risking a lot with my comment. And personally I have a different
view of exclusion.
Maybe because my meaning of exclusion is a bit different from what I
perceive as the meaning of many. For me exclusion is a way to distinguish,
because in fact we can't exclude.
Even when we kill to exclude, this person exist and is included in us. We
can see this, for example, in the dynamics that are repeated across
generations to include who was treated unfairly in history.
As I observed the exclusion is an act of love. Whenever I exclude
something/someone I'm including or trying to be included in/with
something/someone else. Exclusion is a special way to include.
I think if we look from the place of "life" (whatever means "life") the
exclusion is not an act of intent (in the sense of excluding as we
understand it today, like control or power) is an act of ensuring belonging
(then appear like a pure survival act).
Apparently when I increase or develop my consciousness, then I can
understand that I can't exclude and I cant include. I only can distinguish.
Then usually with the things that "I like more, make me feel more
comfortable and enjoy", I give a nearby place in my heart and my life. And
there are others which I prefer to give them a place in the "distance"
because today, in my consciousness level is the best that I can in my
distinguish process.

Asunto: [ConstellationTalk] Exclusion
I am writing about a topic thats a little difficult.
In the constellation ethos, exclusion is understood, generally, to be a
source of entanglements.
One of the things I have really valued about the constellation community
itself is the degree of inclusiveness that is widely exhibited. So many
different facilitators, with their different styles, yet there seems to be a
general ability to get along. This open, field-oriented inclusiveness is
something I find a bit special, and sets the constellation community apart
in my experience.
However, recently I was dismayed to find an unmistakable example of
exclusion on the peer level in one area of the constellation community. This
experience was rapidly and clearly confirmed, and the gate to dialogue was
shut down completely.
Now, in the realm of human experience, people engage in all sorts of
behaviours, for their own reasons, and obviously influenced by their own
field. But I thought to raise it, as perhaps its a difficult thing to
discuss exclusionary behaviour within our own community, by people who hold
certain positions, in roles of some power and influence.
I certainly felt impacted by it, and somewhat powerless in the face being
excluded without any possibility of discussion.
I am interested in others reflections on this issue. I guess that given the
high valance given to the topic, somewhere it will form a disowned shadow.
