I understand it to be the use of the hand to indicate ancestors standing behind
a person, so the hand acts like a representative. I believe it came from
Matthias Von Kibed. I saw him using it at one of Albrecht’s conferences several
years ago.
Isaac - I have no worries about projection from reps in Constellations as
representatives’ personal issues for me will always be to some extent linked to
the person or concept they have been chosen to represent. This is in line with
field phenomena and systemic consciousness. It is still very difficult for
those of us in western culture to get beyond our individualistic way of viewing
the world. Of course I also subscribe to each of us continuing to work on our
personal issues particularly if we are to become facilitators. Hence the reason
50% of the trainings I offer is personal work and I encourage everyone to be in
some kind of supervision when facilitating too.
