To vary the subject just a bit, does anyone know of an accessible plug-in that can alter pitch and formant to speaking voices on a track? I've tried the various audio features in Sonar's transpose menu, and while it does a good job of altering pitch, it doesn't seem to do well in changing formant. It tends to sound like you hear part of the voice as it would be with just the pitch altered, then you hear that it's partly changed when formant is applied. I don't know if I'm making myself clear, but it's driving me nuts. Sometimes I have to be able to change voices as part of a project, and the closest thing I've been able to use is the VT-1 Voice Transformer. I know they don't make a plug-in version of it; so I'm putting it out there for anybody who's in the know.

Cheers!
