When your track is armed, it is the input meter. When it is not, it is the
playback meter.

CT reports bus output meter, but is there way to read bus input meter to see
how hard I'm driving the bus? If there's a limiter on a bus, I won't know if
I'm clipping the bus or not since the output meter will be always below 0.
