You won't need to because most of those synth come with there own affects.
You just have to play around in the inspector. Its time consuming, but its also
rewarding.

Sometimes it is better to use the insert menu but I like to put it in the
affects bin sometimes because I can look at the parameters of the soft synth in
the inspector. The only way we can get at the parameters of Psyn2 and the
Pentagon is if we put them in the affects bin.

To have a soft synth route through a plug-in on an audio track, you
need to instantiate the plug-in first, then the soft synth. The way
that the
effects bin works is that the effects get stacked on top of each
other, so
if you wanted things routed a certain way, you need to instantiate
them in
