To have a soft synth route through a plug-in on an audio track, you need to 
instantiate the plug-in first, then the soft synth. The 
way that the effects bin works is that the effects get stacked on top of each 
other, so if you wanted things routed a certain 
way, you need to instantiate them in the reverse order. Hope this helps.
