I do everything hand coded, that way I stay in control. And if I ever want
to migrate elsewhere that doesn't offer a certain plugin/platform I can
modify my code respectively.

I know some of you have your own websites on here as I do. What are the most
effective methods you've discovered for the best accessibility for us? Doing
things like: uploading our music, etc? The person who set up my website used
joomla, and I'm now learning to navigate with that, but some of it is
java-based, and jaws won't work with it. Any simpler suggestions?
