I agree you don't need bells and whistles.
But, why do you think companies spend millions on packaging and
presentation.
Simple.
To sighted people, it makes a difference.
REgardless of what you are offering, if it is for a wider audience than the
blind community, having something that is visually pleasant to look at will
keep your visitors on your site longer.
And that's what all webmasters want.

That is exactly why I have a sighted person look at my site.
You can have an excellent site with out all the graphics crap.
It all boils down how hard you work at it and what you are trying to
achieve.
I have music to offer not a hollywood website.
I just want folks to enjoy my music.

people make by hand look like text terminals from the 1980's. This is
because most blind people have no conceptualization about how to use
different fonts, colors, or layouts other than the standard flow layouts

That is why these pre-rolled web site systems are a good thing. They

I created my own web site myself.
You just need to know html code.
Its not hard and a blind person can do it his self.
You can check out my website at:

After you load the page, you can check out the code by going to the view
menu of your browser and arrow down
to source press enter.
