I created my own web site myself.
You just need to know html code.
Its not hard and a blind person can do it his self.
You can check out my website at:
http://www.markdew.com
After you load the page, you can check out the code by going to the view
menu of your browser and arrow down
to source press enter.
Here you can view the code that makes up my main web page.
