No, I believe it must be an error, at least in UEB, because it is
perfectly tovalid to write a word like "matchstick" in UEB with both
the ch and st contractions used.

Hello, Everyone,* * *
In my proofreading, I have come across the name Birchstar which has the
letters "st" uncontracted. I ran this in Duxbury with both the UEB template
and the pre-UEB (former EBAE code.)
I cannot understand why the contraction for "st" would not be used in
Birchstar. Is there something which prevents usage of the "ch" and "st"
contractions being used in a consecutive sequence?
Can anyone please shed light on this for me?
Many thanks.
