Hi Fina. When you reprinted the document formatted for the Juliet on the Versapoint, did you change the embosser selection in the global menu? I have also switched printers now and then, and when I select an embosser other than that for which the document had been formatted, DBT will ask me if I wwant to allow format changes. DBT automatically adjusts formatting for another embosser as long as you switch them in the global menu under embosser setup. Maybe you've done this already. As far as the employer from F.S.' claim, I've had no problem (we in Otawa that is) in using a Versapoint Duo with Word, or any other package with DBT. DBt has the drivers for these printers, which basically allow the printer and DBt to talk to each other. Virtually all Braille embossers are actuallly text driven, so no matter which package you use to write in, DBT changes it to something the embosser can understand.
