Hi Fina.  Are the parameters for the Versapoint and Juliet in DBT compatible? 
For instance, if the desired characters per line is set to 33 in DBT for the
Juliet, is it set for 33 under the Versapoint settings?  All the rest
check out, too?  Oddly enough, i've found that there is no 100% pattern
for setting up compatile settings between the various pprinters in their
menus, and in DBT.  Where one printer might require lines per page to be
set to 0 and for DBT to control the format, another printer might require
you to set lines per page to either equal or be greater than the DBT
settings.  Odd, but evidently so.  Once its set up, I forget about it.
