Hi Ann,
I've not heard of this myself but am wondering something else as well.
I have a VersaPoint and a Juliet and what a friend of mine and i have
noticed, is that if you take files that have been formatted for the juliet
and print them on the versapoint, nine times out of ten, the formatting is
all messed up. Can you or anybody on the list give me any ideas as to how
to format documents so that no matter which printers we print them on, they
won't lose their formatting?
