Aloha Fina,
I haven't used VersaPoint and Juliet, but have had experience with
VersaPoint and Index embossers. I have also sent files that were formatted
for the VersaPoint and then embossed by someone in California who has a
Juliet. We have never had any trouble going from one embosser to another.
We did have to remember to change the embosser setting sometimes to make it
emboss correctly because one of the embossers will emboss a 25 line page
and we don't have to set a top margin of 1 to get the braille spaced
correctly from the top and bottom of the page, but that's the only thing.

Hi Ann,
I've not heard of this myself but am wondering something else as well.
I have a VersaPoint and a Juliet and what a friend of mine and i have noticed, is that if you take files that have been formatted for the juliet and print them on the versapoint, nine times out of ten, the formatting is all messed up. Can you or anybody on the list give me any ideas as to how to format documents so that no matter which printers we print them on, they won't lose their formatting?
Thanks in advance.
