Hello Ann. This is outrageous. I use the versapoint duo with word 2000
documents all of the time and never have problems.

The PC unit at my agency have been told by Freedom Scientific that people who
are using the VersaPoint Duo must convert any Word 2000 docs to WordPerfect at
some lower version in order for the VersaPoint Duo to work properly. Have any
of you all heard that? This is the weirdest thing I've heard in a long time.
