Hi Gary, I've just tried something here which is neither quick nor convenient, but works for me in Word 2003. If you delete the space immediately after the e-mail address, then press space bar to re-enter the space, the address automatically becomes a hyperlink. George. ________________________________ From: duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:duxuser-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Gary Metzler Sent: 06 May 2005 15:54 To: duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [duxuser] Re: formatting a link in word Hi George, I checked where you suggested. That tab was checked. The file I am trying to format in Word was copied from an e-mail my wife sent me. I did not create it myself. Can anything be done to an already existing file? As always your help is much appreciated. When you then type an e-mail or web address, it will automatically become a Hyperlink, which in turn DBT will deal with accordingly when you import the file. I would like to do this in Microsoft Word. In the dbt menu bar I see a tab for format hyperlinks but, this didn't seem to do any thing. ----- Original Message ----- From: Catherine Culbertson <mailto:ktculbertson@xxxxxxx> To: duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, May 05, 2005 10:35 AM Subject: [duxuser] Re: formatting a link in word In the word template with 10.5 there is a button for the computer braille code in line style. Simply highlight the email address or web address and select this button. ----- Original Message ----- From: Gary Metzler <mailto:gmtravel@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: duxuser@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, May 05, 2005 9:27 AM Subject: [duxuser] formatting a link in word Hi All, I am using DBT 10.5 sr1.
