Gary, I'm glad you were able to find a solution to your problem through
Swift.

When you open the braille template, two toolbars should appear. One is a
toolbar with style menus. The other toolbar is for a variety of
character styles. If the toolbars don't appear automatically you can go
to View | Toolbars or right click anywhere within the toolbar area.
There are three braille toolbars, Braille - Character, Braille - Nemeth,
and Braille - Styles. Unless you are doing math, you will only need the
select the Character and Styles toolbars.

Susan

Hi Cathrerine,

I opened the braille template and still don't see the tool bars. I have
the swift macro showing on the menu bar. Under the dbt menu bar is a tab
called format hyperlink. George Bell gave me a little trick that works
great. When on a hyperlink go to the end and delete the space then hit
the space bar to re-enter it. This will cause the line to become a
hyperlink field. I tried it and it works great. It also works for e-mail
addresses. This works in a document that already exists.
