I've found you can remove all formatting, including centering and such, is to
open the document in Word, select all, copy it to the clipboard, open Duxbury
and copy it to a blank Duxbury document. That is, you don't import the
document, the text comes over without any structured formatting. You will also
lose blank lines between paragraphs.
