I take out all the codes put in by the author first, in the .dxp file,
with codes revealed. Then I make it the way I want it. I am admittedly a
micromanager. It's probably a control issue. (grin)

Hi Suzie,

Do you usually remove all codes and then in place of them put the codes 
which you need?  Or like for instance in what I am transcribing which 
is a Home Owner's Manual can I just use dots 4-6 for bolding or is 
there another code in Textbook braille which needs to be followed?
