So what is a touch bar mac and how accessible is it for the blind?

You will need to power on the laptop by pressing the power button
option to turn on VoiceOver for the setup process. Depending on what kind
of Laptop you have, you will either press command-Function key 5 or you
will hold the command key down and press the SIRI button at the top right
corner of the keyboard, which is also the power button, three quick times
to activate SIRI. You will have speech throughout the entire setup process.
