If I'm not mistaken, Mike's Github(cromartie if memory serves) does include
repositories for those, and the downloads on the website are just for tarballs.
That said, I should probably figure out how to install vanilla espeakup or
Fenrir the next time I write a vanilla Raspbian-Lite image, though I believe my
Pi 3 currently has piespeakup on it despite that card being written shortly
after the bug was fixed in Raspbian, if only because that was the method I was
used to using to get speech on a Pi. Got the tarballs saved locally in case I
need them though.
