[Va-bird] Dyke Marsh

Highlights today include the close approach of a male Goldeneye near the 
boardwalk.   A Wilson's Snipe called near the Haul Road and 23 Rusty Blackbirds 
were at the Dogleg.  No Woodcock were encountered after sunset.
