Dear Patrick and all friends here
Just this last weekend facilitating a workshop had the experience to bear
witness to choices made due to trauma experienced at the tender age of 6 by
this participant.
He spoke of his exposure to the extreme poverty of children his age and
younger then. His well meaning parents wanted to remind him of how
privileged he was by taking him to trips to India and Philippines. He was
also succumbed to being with the lepers.
His father discouraged giving the children beggars any money because then
they will grow up to be lazy. Helplessly, he thought to himself and in his
words But these children will die and never grow up because they have no
food. He said the image of those children tormented him.
He is past 40 now and recently this trauma almost cost him his marriage.
His need to take care was later expressed in ways that was not serving him
nor his family.

We are blessed to be allowed to share this work in the way we are each
given permission to do so.
Dear Patrick, your sensitivity speaks volume and your awareness to do no
harm too and now it is clear this lady is lead to you.
I am convinced that this work find their people and the "Ancient Knowing
Field/Ancestors" take care who their people go to and who get to facilitate
and to what level. It is really a cosmic safety insurance.
I once had a Cuban participant and i know nothing about Cuba except i heard
they make good cigars. In any case, the Representative she picked knew
everything about Cuba and even spoke the language. So from this experience,
i trust more and more how the "Ancient Knowing Field/Ancestors always there
in the work with us. Humbling naturally.

psychotherapy and trauma work. In the former there is an expectation that
the
client can articulate their "problem". In the latter , a person in an
acute or
chronic shock state is often not able to do that...since trauma is not
only a cognitve experience...and clients often do not really know what the
problem is or what they think is the problem may be something else
entirely...hence the value of constellations and The Field.
