Stacy, When it gets this bad, you really need to get Freedom Scientific on the phone, and either do a Tandem connect or have them walk you through cleaning up your system and doing a fresh install of JAWS. It's always better to have someone sighted to do the grunt work of surgery on the registry, but failing that, have Narrator ready to fire up to help. 727-803-8600 I've been there twice in the past 2.5 years, so I speak from experience.
