The kurzweil is very good at pianos but there just different sounding. The motifs sound to digital to me but i know they are supposed to have some very good expantion boards and those pianos sound really good from what i have heard. But, i guess you just can't beat a 40 gig sampled library of pianos verses maybe a 30 meg hardware sample.
