Amber,

Try setting the right margin on the Juliet to 42. To do this:

1. Take the printer off line.

2. Go into the menu system by pressing 0.N, E, where N is the number of the menu you want to work on. For this discussion, assume that N is 1.

3. Press 14.42, E to set the right margin to 42.

4. Exit the menus by pressing 1.1, E.

If this doesn't correct the problem, try calling Duxbury support at (978) 692-3000. Good luck.

Steve

Hello,

I hope someone can help me out there. I wrote to support last week and still haven't received a response to this question and I am under a tight deadline and need a solution to this problem. I only have 5 days left to get over 250 printed pages transcripted, embossed out, proofed and sorted to various subjects! HELP!

I am transcriping school documents for my daughter for school work. I am using Kurweil to scan in the document, copy and pasted into duxbury and formatting and this process is going very smoothly. I am using a Juliet Classic embosser to emboss the work. The problem that I am having is the top embossed page of the document looks beautiful - spacing is all correct and everything, however the back side of the page is starting in by about 4" and missing the last half of the embossed line throughout the whole page. I have reset the embosser to factory settings (several times!) to delete any other setting that my daughter's school aide may have had in it during school last year - this doesn't seem to solve the problem. I have checked the website for any service packs or updates to duxbury, so I'm update with the everything and this hasn't helped. I've contacted enabling technologies (Juliet manufacturer) who's only comment was that there is an update to duxbury that may be causing the problem.

What else do I check - any other suggestions or solutions from someone who has also had this problem?

Any help asap would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
