[mac4theblind] Disc Maker X error is this normal?

Hi all, been trying to create a bootable Mountain Lion Flash drive today with
Disc Maker X and am getting the following error.
The disc could not be created because of an error. An error occurred, 1728
Finder got an error. Can't get Disk OS X Mountain Lion install disk.
Anyone know what this means? What I can possibly do to resolve it? Brought this
new flash drive today a sea-gate can't remember the last bit of the make but
its the one Sarah recommends on her podcasts. Thumbs up to you Sarah if you
read this. :)
It has the capacity of 8GB and yes I did format it to OSX extended gernaled.
Thoughts, suggestions, comments? I'm baffled with this error. :(
