Hi sarah, there’s a possibility there’s a conflict with your app. Do a disk
permissions repair in disk utilities.
restart the app and see if it works. if not, check your mac’s software is up to
date.
there is a terminal based operation to create your recovery disk, I’ll dig that
up and paste it in
