Pass along the name of the book so that Gerald can contact Gustavo in the
morning and have the book placed on Step 1.
If Gustavo observes the reason for the rejection, he may himself re-enter
the book on Step 1, but forcing the submitter to resubmit the book, just
because of this,
really isn't good pr for BookShare.
Next time, I'd suggest simply releasing the book rather than attempting to
kill it.
