Good points made on the issue that so many lines not working to set markers
for page designation in Daisy.
It might help to be able to navigate, but not for citation purposes. So, I
have no solution to offer. Other than we just do what we do and keep
thinking on it. Maybe an idea will surface.
I also use the RFB&D books where the human readers record the page number
and read all the footnotes and so on right there. And they are navigating
pretty well with Daisy now, especially in the new books created.
Interesting point that someone made, about whether the academic instructors
making page reading assignments going by the wayside with the new ebook
becoming more of the standard media even for the sighted folk. So, hi dee
ho. The future is here and away we go.
