We have just moved onto Duxbury from Megadots and as such purchased Duxbury
10.5
We have 2 embossers which are connected to our system and each is used as
often as the other, depending on the type of material being produced.
My dilemma is:
When trying to set up the Global Embossers I can have both embossers listed
as Brailler Devices, but seem to be able to only set the Desired Braille
Document Formatting on one of them - this one becoming the embosser of choice
for new documents. As soon as I try changing the settings on another one, that
one reverts back to the suggested settings which are nothing like we use.
This means that everytime I want to select the other embosser in my Document
Setup, I have to manually put in the Desired Document Formatting for that
embosser.
Can I globally set up more than one embosser with our Standard Parameters, so
that I can then select either one in the Document Setup without having to check
whether or not the line width, number of lines, top margin etc are correct.
