I have always been a believer in brailling things for the convenience of the
particular user.
I think it depends on whether the person has any familiarity with the
language involved. If I were in a choir, and the song were in French, I
would want it in uncontracted French braille because I took that language
many years ago and remember a lot of the accents. If it were in Spanish, I
would be at a loss.
