Hello Steve, ann and listers,

I wholeheartedly agree with both of you!

The next thing I would like to propose to the powers that be, is that a good backup system be implemented for duxbury. For instance, in Word and WordPerfect, if anything goes wrong while i'm working; the power goes off, the computer crashes for whatever reason, etc., these programs will recover you work for you. Duxbury, on the other hand, will not. It saves temporary files but what's the use of doing that, you can't go back and try to recover your work because the temp files are trashed.

I would like to see the Quick Reference Guide in braille and also the Users Guide but in a language i can understand. Whoever writes these manuals, write them in such a way that dummies like me are totally lost past the second or third sentence. As for the "help" files, they too, are totally useless for the most part.

Thanks for readng.

ps. If it weren't for you guys! it's scarey to think of where i'd be!
