I have to agree with Katherine. Although I love the Help files George is working on and know they'll be fabulous when I'm in a hurry I just want to be able to look up something and having an embossed Manual certainly would help. I obviously took you too literally. I will see if we can get a copy of the Transcriber's Guide in Word of WordPerfect format up on the Web Page for you to download. I did have a copy, but sadly it was swallowed up in an accidental re-format on our Server. Meantime, until I can get out from underneath a pile of Help on DBT Codes authoring, and create Word Help files for you to braille when required, here's a suggestion which may be of Help. In Help, go to the Topic you want a hard (braille) copy of. Make sure you are focused in the topic. Ctrl + a to select all. Ctrl + c to copy. You can now paste (Ctrl + v) into Word or DBT. I've just done this with the DBT Styles Appendix. In Word, it re-produces the Table, while in DBT, the results do appear to be quite readable. I will add however, that while the above may not always be ideal, my ultimate aim is to be able to produce a set of Help files which contain an Emboss, as well as Print, option.
