Hello listers:

I really think this problem is caused by the original 10.5 (without
installing DBT 10.5 Service Release 1).

Service Release 1 is *** free *** from the web site.

The easiest way to get the update is to load DBT, click on Help, check for
updates, and see if an update is recommended.

There was a glitch which showed itself if you did not use the full carriage
width of the embosser. Since the Juliet has a huge carriage width, this
glitch frequently made rather bad output on the back side of Juliet output.

Since this glitch involved the back side of interpoint output, yes, one
solution is to ask for single sided output. Getting Service Release 1
installed is a much, much better fix, since it allows you to get proper
interpoint.
