[mac4theblind] Voice over help

Accidentally VO got turned off. I went into iTunes and checked VO under
universal access and tabbed to okay and hit enter. However VO did not go
back on. When I went back to check universal access, VO was not checked. I
did it again and again and still nothing. I tried a 3 finger double tap in
case I turned speech off as well but that didn't help. Any ideas?
