odd, I just checked mine and nothing is selected so I selected it and then ran
sync. it was not disabled to start with though.

universal access and tabbed to okay and hit enter. However VO did not go
back on. When I went back to check universal access, VO was not checked. I
did it again and again and still nothing. I tried a 3 finger double tap in
case I turned speech off as well but that didn't help. Any ideas?
